She is a member of the TWICE foreign girl group TWICE formed by JYP Entertainment in 2015 through the SIXTEEN reality show. He is the main dancer in the group. Momo was born in Kyoto, Japan. Momo started practicing dancing at a very young age and decided to become a singer because of Amuro Namie and entered K-pop after watching Rain and Lee Hyori's performances. He was discovered by JYP Entertainment after they watched the dance video he made with his brother. She was asked to audition on April 13, 2012, but only she escaped.
